Double room in lovely Peckham houseshare

We are looking for a new housemate in Peckham! The house has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, 1.5 bathrooms and a spacious garden with a BBQ for the sunny spring and summer days.

The house is located within 5 mins walking distance from Peckham Rye Station (Thameslink, Overground & Southern Railway connection). Bus connection is also good and for those brave enough to cycle in London, there are nice backroads and bike lanes into Southwark / City. Rye lane shops, restaurants, bars and Peckham Plex are right around the corner.

The available room is the largest of the bedrooms in the house (around 15 sq m) and fully furnished.

Since I am moving away at the end of the year, the room becomes available for the long-term, but we would also consider shorter term arrangements. It's an option for a single person or a couple (for a couple, the rent comes to GBP 910 per month).

The remaining people in the house are two very chilled and nice guys in their early 30ies, both working full time. If you're easy going, clean up after yourself, enjoy shared living and are up for the odd pint or braai with the housemate, this will be a great fit!
