Two great rooms in Peckham

** Quick update - we’ve lots of interest in the rooms so taking a bit of time to get through the reply’s**

Two spacious double rooms to rent in our beautiful house in Peckham. We are all good friends, but going our separate ways so need to replace housemates who are moving to set up their own homes.

We are a sociable bunch and spend time together in and out of the house and would want our new housemates to be the same. We are working professionals and enjoy a few drinks but are relatively well behaved on school nights. We are aged between 25-29.

The larger room with an adjoining shower room is available from the 17th of March. with the smaller room available from the 31st of March. Both rooms come unfurnished. however the rest of the house is furnished. There is free street parking 24/7.

We are approximately an 8 minute walk to Queens Road Peckham train station. We have closer bus stops linking to Elephant & Castle and the City. We are a 15 minute walk to Rye Lane / Peckham Rye station.

Great kitchen diner, cosy living room - it's a lovely house and we like to keep it that way. The pictures speak for themselves. Bills come in at approximately £50 pcm per person including internet.
This might change a little depending on if we find a couple or not for the larger room.

More than happy to take viewings after 7pm weekdays or on weekends.
