Outdoor space/patio. Parking. Lockable bike-rack/sheds on Kender Street. or you can store your bike in your room there is plenty of space. Bedroom is 10'x12'. NB if you have a bike it would have to be stored in your room - plenty of room though - THE ROOM IS BIG!

5 mins walk to Queens Road Peckham (overground and national rail), 10 min walk to New Cross Gate (different overground line and national rail) and 10 mins walk to Nunhead (Victoria/thameslink to Blackfriars/St Pancras and somewhere south!) Tesco 5 mins, Aldi/Sainsbury's 10 mins.

London Bridge 8 mins/Canary Wharf 19 mins from Queens Road Peckham. Victoria via Overground and Denmark Hill. Gatwick 49 mins.

Plenty of buses on Queens Road towards Peckham/Camberwell/Vauxhall or Deptford/Greenwich. Or Buses into city and town along Old Kent road - only 5 mins away.

Furniture and Pictures can be changed on your request - I appreciate not everyone like Star Wars!! :) Feel free to hang your own or I have plenty more.

Would certainly suit anyone that works in City, West End or Canary Wharf as they are all easily accessible with several routes. Love watching films, cooking, pop music. Often out so we should have plenty of room to share the large flat.
