The housemate: are Two females 21&23, a Irish hotel intern and an French intern for a charity and a British guy who works in finance and is also the landlord. They are pretty easy people to live with, tidy, clean and considerate.

They are looking for a tidy and friendly, independent, easy going female with good communication skills.

This is a quiet non-party home, for someone who needs a flexible short term accommodation and looking for a place to stay with great quick transport links to all areas in the city.
