Large double room available near Queens Rd Peckham

I am moving out of my house share and am looking for someone to fill my room.
I have the largest room in the house, so pay £40 more a month than the others. I have two large windows that let in lots of light.
The room comes with a mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
A bed is possible, but I will need to arrange this with the landlord.

I live with 3 Goldsmiths students and someone who works full-time.
It's a very communal house and everyone likes to hang out in the open plan kitchen/living room.
We have a garden with raised decking outside which is lovely in the summer months.

Bills are included in the monthly cost. This includes Virgin broadband.
The room is available from around the middle of July and is available until 1st October, with the potential to continue the lease next year with the current tenants.
