At this address, you’ll get the benefit of both brilliant location with having a lovely, very clean, warm, good sized room with good natural light (double-glazed windows with blackout blind), large studio mirror, natural wooden floors; central heating; a Natural Furniture Company double futon bed and space for your belongings.

The room has a desk with hidden storage & an adjustable ergonomic chair to work-from-home or study etc. Storage with 2 chest of draws, wide shelves (holds loads of books/or clothes) and a long, double level professional clothes rail (portable), plus some loft space, if needed. The photos are how the room is at the moment. You can rearrange your room to best suit your taste. This space has been well loved & cared for & it really suits if you are travelling fairly light. It’s not trying to be a traditional set-up so you can be creative.

You’ll be sharing a well equipped kitchen-diner, to cook and chill out in.

It’ll suit a genuinely nice person who is cool, open-minded, easy-going and who wants to share living in a clean & organised home with one other friendly person. There’s a warm banter when we meet, & naturally we get to know one another, over time, ...meals, or a cuppa /glass of something. It’s also home for those that also just want to just ‘be’ in their space. If you drive, it’s unrestricted parking. The Neighbours are friendly & it feels safe. Its a short road & a handy spot to be located off a main road yet its fairly quiet and yet close to everything.

Peace of mind is important during this time. Living here you can relax can create your own sanctuary... Candles around a bath & enjoy etc. mindfulness & calm can help during these times.

It’s easy to travel. Overground, BR trains, Buses, bars & shops are literally a 1 min walk from home.

COVID PANDEMIC MEASURES:
It’s tier 4. To keep ourselves & each other safe (technically, we’d be a house ‘bubble’ during Covid) Feel assured this flat underwent protective protocols / extra deep-cleaned, to be COVID-secure. To keep each other safe, standard ‘Hand-washing’ after returning home from outside is a ‘new norm’ and there’s gel & hand-wipes on entry (if needed). We do leave our outdoor shoes on the stairs, so as to ‘leave the outside, outside’ & swap for indoor footwear / slippers etc.. Lots of people do that here now, so it probably isn’t that unusual these days.

The building is a Victorian terraced house divided into 2 flats. We are upstairs. It’s split level inside. Everyone gets along & there’s a generally a happy, warm, homey vibe.

Probably great for someone who is a creative professional. Would really suit someone culturally aware & genuinely kind, considerate & conscious of the local demography. Trustworthy & reliable people only.

This flat would suit someone seeking a lovely ‘home’ after a long day. It’s fun but not a ‘party’ house, so you can rest easy & just be yourself. Generally, its kept a very clean & tidy place, so would suit a person who appreciates that and who can happily help maintain it.

This is a LGBTQI Friendly, Vegetarian/Pescatarian house. It's a relaxed, quiet, safe and happy environment to be in. Female preferred but keeping open...
