My current housemate has just moved out and I am looking for a friendly and easy-going person to share this lovely flat with me as soon as possible!
The flat is nice and spacious, has a shared living room with dining table, separate kitchen, good-sized bathroom, balcony and a beautiful terrace garden we share with 3 other flats.
The flat is situated less than ten minutes walk from both Peckham Rye and Queen's Road Peckham stations. You can reach Peckham High Street in just a few minutes walk and we are also well-connected to the centre on several bus routes. Peckham Rye Park is only a 10 ish minute walk away (5 min jog!) too!
Bills are not included but they come to around £80 a month. The room comes furnished.
A bit about me:
I'm a 27-year old translator/proofreader and I work in the city. In my free time I enjoy running, reading, watching Netflix and going out for food! Looking for someone who is independent and has their own stuff going on, but is also sociable and up for having a catch-up and watching a film/sharing a meal every now and then!
