We have a gorgeous double room in our newly refurbished flat available. The whole place is stunning and new. The bedroom looks fantastic, and comes fully furnished - with a good quality wardrobe, study desk, chairs, chest of drawers, etc.

We provide all the bedding (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet) all of which are brand new.

This flat is truly beautiful, having just been redesigned and refurbished to a very high standard. All the bedrooms have been totally redecorated, with all new carpets and flooring throughout.

The flat also boasts two modern bathrooms. The kitchen is very spacious - equipped with all new appliances. Everything is kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner comes once a week to clean all the communal areas.

Food shopping is also very simple, as there's a Sainsbury Express located just five minutes from our door.

The flat is conveniently situated in Camberwell, which is in the corner between Peckham Rye and Burgess Park with easy access to all three areas and its transport links.

This flat would ideally suit non-smoking professionals or international students who are keen to live in wonderful surroundings whilst working or studying in London. You would share the flat with 2 girls and 1 guy in their twenties (one post grad and two phycologists).

The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, fast wireless broadband Internet and cleaner). You do not have to pay for anything extra!

We are very flexible as we only ask for four weeks’ deposit and four weeks’ notice when you decide to move out.
