Large master bedroom in 3-bed house

We are looking for an individual or a couple to take over the 6-month remainder of our lease in our beautiful master bedroom in a 3-bedroom house share from March-Sept 2020 (move-in date 7th March) since we are moving into our own place as we are pregnant. The room itself is huge with high ceilings and 2 massive windows so it gets plenty of light. It’s officially unfurnished but we are happy to leave the majority of the furnishings and agree a price. This would include custom-made bed (handmade by us!), double chest of drawers, 2 wardrobes, 8 IKEA storages cubes of varying sizes. Mattress, shelves, mirror and desk not included. The bed is amazing as it is really great to have so much under-bed storage.

The house is very spacious - we have a huge living/dining room with separate sizeable kitchen and garden. You would have your own fridge. There is a makeshift roof terrace, large bathroom with rainforest shower and bathtub with a separate downstairs toilet.

You will be sharing with 2 females aged between 30-34. One is a masters student studying Journalism and the other works in the creative industries but is also in the process of creating her own menswear brand.

Both are friendly, creative people and would like to find like-minded housemates who enjoy a peaceful, considerate and tidy home environment. Everyone is friendly but we are always respectful of each other's space and schedules.

We are looking to move out early March so move-in date is 7th March and would be until 6th September 2020 (end of lease). At the end of the lease, one of the other housemates will probably be moving out but you would have the opportunity to stay, find a replacement and renew for another year if you would like.
