About the house..
3 bedroom house with 3 current housemates, a couple and a girl.. We all work in creative jobs (textiles / music) working mon-fri and at the weekend go out to pubs and bars.

There is a living room at the front of the house and large kitchen at the back with bi folding doors opening up to the garden and patio. Shared bathroom downstairs but you will have it mainly to yourself as the couple's bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower. The house was refurbished just before we moved in so the kitchen and bathroom are modern and clean and the bedrooms are bright and airy.

The room comes unfurnished so you would need a bed however our current housemate found one really easily on freecyle. The rest of the house is furnished

We're looking for someone clean and easy going, we all work mon-fri so the house is pretty chilled in the week. We tend to go out most weekends and sometimes have people over or have drinks in the garden. We're happy for anyone to have friends over but dont want to be woken up in the middle of the night!
