Spacious 2 bed flat located equidistant between Peckham and Camberwell. It has an open-plan kitchen and living room, recently renovated bathroom and newly decorated throughout.

The bedroom is a generously sized double and comes furnished with wardrobes, a chest-of-drawers,. double bed and two bedside tables. A cleaner comes to the flat every fortnight and would clean the room also.

We are a couple in our early 30's living at the property which we bought 2 years ago. We both work full time in London and enjoy spending our spare time seeing friends in the local area, or at home cooking, listening to music, or watching TV series.

Since living in the property we have rented the room out to two lodgers so we are used to having a housemate. We're looking for someone of a similar age and with similar interests. We like to keep a nice tidy flat, we've spent the past few years making it a pleasant place to live so we hope to find a flatmate who can enjoy it with us and who will be respectful to our home.

The flat is very well located and we have all of the required amenities at the end of the road, including a Tesco Express, PureGym, Dry Cleaners, etc. We are also two minutes walk to the open spaces of Burgess Park, a favourite spot of ours to relax in the summer or a great place to go running in the winter.

We love the surrounding areas and there are loads of great places to eat, drink and shop, in both Peckham and Camberwell, as well as excellent bus routes into central London and the City. As well as this, Peckham Rye overground station is a 15 minute walk away with Overground train links to Shoreditch, Clapham Junction and mainline trains to Blackfriars, Kings Cross and beyond.

The flat will be available to view from Monday 25th November onwards and the room is available immediately.
