Two creative housemates looking for a third or couple to join our unique spacious school conversion right by Queens Road Peckham Station. Close to Old Kent Road, Peckham, Elephant & Castle, Bermondsey and Tower Bridge.

Very high ceilings, wooden floors through out, large kitchen with dining table to an open plan sitting room.

Available is a large double bedroom, that receives lots of light and overlooks a private garden.

The tenancy is for 12 months with the possibility of renewal. You'll be signing the new contract and will need to supply references.

The house is surrounded by supermarkets, Aldi being a 2 minute walk around the back of the house. Asda just down Old Kent road. Sainsbury's and Tesco just by Queens Road Station.

We are two girls, 23 and 24, both working in creative fields, easy going and friendly. Were looking for an individual or a couple who are also around a similar age and interests to create a friendly and enjoyable living dynamic. Were not looking for someone who spends all there time locked in there room when they're home, but understand everyone needs there space also.
