We are looking for calm, friendly and considerate housemate to rent a beautiful, stylish space on the top floor of our newly refurbished 4 bedroom family house. The loft room is a large double with an adjacent shower room, both finished to a high standard. The room is light, bright and airy, with space for a large desk, ideal for remote working. The price includes all bills plus weekly cleaning of both the bedroom and bathroom.

I am a working mum and I live with my three children on the ground and first and ground floors. We are looking for someone who is happy to live with our busy young family. In return we can offer a home in a beautiful house, big enough to have your own space.

Our house is very centrally located in Peckham, close to all the vibrant town centre facilities, including the many shops, bars and restaurants, cafes and art galleries. Peckham Rye station is a 5-6 minute walk away, on the London Overground, Southern and Thameslink lines, and with direct connections to London Bridge (10 mins), Victoria (15 mins) and Kings Cross St. Pancras (25 mins).

I am an urban regeneration consultant and run my own business. We spend our free time visiting friends or going to parks and exhibitions. At home we love cooking, playing board games and watching films.

The whole house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

Ground floor - Hallway, Living room, Piano room, downstairs WC, utility room (with washing machine and dryer) small courtyard garden, kitchen-diner, and recently landscaped back garden with shed and studio.

First floor - 3 double bedrooms and one family bathroom.

Second floor - double loft bedroom and adjacent shower room with WC, large basin and vanity unit (this listing).

Please note: the loft bedroom has some eaves storage which we use - however there is some extra room for a few items (e. g. a suitcase).

We would consider a weekday let only and rent price would vary accordingly.
