Our flatmate moved in with her boyfriend so we are searching for someone to compliment our home.

The property is a bright and spacious three bedroom flat on the corner of a small block over looking trees from the good sized South West facing balcony. There is free parking right outside the flat or space for your bike if you cycle. If you don't have your own transport then buses 78, 381, 63 and 363 are a couple of minutes walk and buses on the Old Kent Road within 5 minutes. There are a number of convenience stores within 5 minutes walk and large shops on the Old Kent Road within 10 minutes including Asda, B&Q, Currys PC World and B&M. The flat is also 15 minutes from Peckham Rye via Surry Canal (a couple of minutes walk from the flat) for London Overground services to Clapham and East London and Mainline services to Victoria and London Bridge.

The flat has been refurbished throughout from top to bottom including new kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Fast Wifi is available throughout the flat on Virgin Media.

The living room comprises a large corner sofa, dining table, large TV on Virgin Media, bookcase and rocking chair. There is also a duplex printer and scanner on the network in case you work from home or just need to print those gig tickets.

The kitchen has a large fridge, plenty of cupboard space, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and oven.

The bathroom has a shower with temperature control and a glass screen and mist free mirror. The separate toilet includes a small basin.

The bedroom includes a small double bed with bedside table, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, a desk and chair, full length mirror and Samsung Smart TV.

We are busy, sociable, tidy and respectful and looking for a flatmate who will fit in.
