Hello my spare room is available from 01 April.

Would suit a working professional or a student. Short term arrangement excepted too.

I'm very experienced living with young people and students and we have always got along very well.

Walking distance to Kings College Hospital , 5 min walk to Peckham Rye train station , Queens Road Peckham.

Excellent transport links including buses with direct trains into Victoria, London Bridge, London Blackfriars , Farringdon, City Thameslink . Canary Wharf and the city are all within a very easy commute. Good Overground links. 15 minutes to Clapham Junction, 15 mins to Canary Wharf.
Zone 2.

Clean and spacious house over 2 floors with a garden in a quiet close. Residential area but very close to hussel and bussal of Peckham Rye.

Kitchen with appliances , washing machine, air fryer, fridgefreezer, central heating , WIFI, shared clean bathroom and toilet. King size bed blackout curtains in the room.
Very limited semi shared living room space as I wfh as a hybrid worker in this area watch my programs in evening time.

No smoking in the house / no heavy drinking of alcohol.

I am a very sociable house mate , I enjoy cooking and having the odd glass of wine after work. Respectful of others space and privacy. I have a good friends circle so I'm very sociable however I do like my me time too.
