Hi!
We are 2 males & 1 female looking for a friendly, clean and easy-going flatmate to share our home with.
One of the tenants has lived here for several years and loves living here - it is very much a home to us. The main kitchen / living space faces out into the garden, it has a cosy sofa and a large table for dining and workspace when needed. The back garden is surrounded by trees and other gardens. It is a quiet and private place to sit outside and enjoy a book or a catch-up.
The available double bedroom is spacious and also faces out into the garden getting plenty of sun in the mornings.
The bathroom is shared by everyone in the house, it is kept nice and clean and has a spacious bath/shower and several resident plants.
The kitchen area has gas hobs and good sized surfaces for meal prep which are kept clean at all times. There is an electric oven, microwave, 2 fridges, pantry and a separate freezer.
We are creatives, mid 20s - 30s, two work in film and art, the other is housebound and bedridden due to chronic illness. The house is usually quiet as we all work differing schedules. As you will be living with someone who is severely disabled, we are looking for someone who is considerate, compassionate, communicative and invested in making the house a great place to be. The house needs to be kept clean and clutter free, and we need someone who will be pro-active and hands-on should needs arise. Due to our housemate’s health, there are absolutely no chemicals, scents or artificial cleaning products used in the house as the use of has serious repercussions for our housemates health - if this is a potential problem for you we ask that you forgo replying to this advert - otherwise, it is a safe place for someone to live who may also have allergies, sensitivities or is seeking a non-toxic home. There is no smoking inside the house but you are very welcome to use the garden.
The room is available from today for one person. No couples. No pets.
The bedroom is on the 1st floor up 2 sets of stairs - happy to provide further accessibility information if required.
