What a crazy time to be looking for a housemate and new home...
I have a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Peckham and I'm looking for a new housemate for the spare room.
The double room has an en suite shower, big comfy double bed and fitted wardrobe.
The flat is a modern 2 bedroom flat just near Burgess Park. There is an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with washing machine and fully stocked, pans, cutlery crockery etc.
Peckham Rye station is just under 10 minutes walk, and then there are lots of buses which quickly get you to Elephant and Castle for the Northern Line and Bakerloo. I normally cycle into Soho in 25 minutes. Oh and there's also a parking space and room for a bike in the car park.
The flat is also a 10 minute walk from all the bars, restaurants and pubs in Camberwell.
I work in TV as a Producer - mainly in documentaries. I'm chilled, pretty sociable but also love a night in.
Looking for someone chilled and tidy. I'm normally out and about but up for chilling/cooking at home too.
