Hello! I am moving out of a flat I am sharing with my two best friends to go travelling and am looking for someone to take over the room!

The room is a large double with a built in wardrobe and large separate draws for loads of storage. The bed is a large king size with under bed storage too.

The room has 3 large windows for lots of natural light.

The room has extra space if you did want to add your own desk or bedside table like I did.

The room is next to the bathroom which is very stylish and modern. It has a full bath and shower.

The living room and kitchen are open plan and very stylish. The kitchen comes with a huge fridge and lots of cabinet space. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.

The flat has a balcony with table and chairs which is lovely to sit out on. There is also lots of under stairs storage.

The flat is a 5/10 minute walk to peckham rye and queens road peckham stations. The flat is located a few minute walk from Peckham Levels which is great for food, nightlife or to get some work done during the day.

The two girls who will be living in the flat are both extremely friendly and chatty, however enjoy quite time too. They love cooking, music and art. They are both students in their final year at UAL and would be happy living with some professional or student.

The room is available from 12.05.19 for 3 months until 15.09.20, with the possibility to extend.
