We are looking for a new flatmate to share our lovely house in Peckham, which has become one of the city's trendiest places.

The home is amazingly maintained and located on a relaxed residential estate between two lovely parks in a peaceful and noiseless area. Short distance, 3 minutes to walk to Peckham centre which became a very trendy place to live in the last years due to the area's renewal with the Music Teathre Academy and loads of excellent new places to enjoy a lovely evening.
Very close to supermarkets, 2 min walk to the library, university, gym, corner shops and local pubs. Loads of buses and trains for access into Central London. The nearest bus stop is two minutes walking (171, 436, 78, 345 & 12, 63, 36, which are 24-hour buses), 10 mins walk to Peckham Rye Overground.

The room is available for short or long term tenancy.
Fresh painted, furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk with a chair (if needed), carpet floor with two double-glazed windows.
There is also a loft for storage in the house for your luggage and small boxes.

To share a fully equipped kitchen/dinner.
Two bathrooms and Wc on the ground floor.
Very well-kept garden to relax, smoke and always with some seasonal flowers around.

Monthly rental amount and bills:
Double room: 650£. 
Deposit required: 600£

You will be sharing with 3 other professionals working Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, and most of the weekends involved with outdoor hobbies.
We are tidy, friendly, and fully respectful. Passionate about art, music and positive vibe.
Vegetarians are very welcome as being one of them :)
Friendly neighbours and not hard to find a parking place in front of the house street.
