I have a furnished Double Room available in my lovely 3 bedroom flat, situated in Peckham. Located in a peaceful residential part of Peckham just a stones throw away from Burgess Park, and minutes walk to all major supermarkets, Peckham Levels, and Peckham Rye and Queens Road Peckham stations.

You'll be sharing with two friendly professionals - a female who works in hospitality, and a male who is a Personal Trainer and plays semi-professional football.

I am looking for a friendly, relaxed and respectful person, who is above all tidy and clean, to join this lovely space. It’s not a party house, the occupants all live their own separate lives and are respectful of that, but they do enjoy the occasional communal house dinner together.

Your room will be upstairs overlooking neighbouring flats, it's a great size, has built-in storage, desk and chair, and receives lots of sunlight.

In light of COVID-19, the two occupants are currently working from home and are minimising external guests coming into the flat just until things settle down.

The room is available from 31st October 2020.
It’s £550 per month, with bills included (which also includes a bi-weekly cleaner for common areas).
