Beautiful 5 bed house in Peckham with large garden

We’re looking for a fifth housemate to join us from 5th September 2022 for a temporary tenancy for 3 months as our current housemate is going travelling.

The house is in a great location:
10 minute walk to Peckham Rye station
14 minutes to Denmark Hill station
8 minute walk to Bellenden Road
8 minutes to Camberwell High Street
Bus stop 30 second walk away that goes to Shoreditch, Oval, Oxford Street, London Bridge, E&C and Vauxhall

Lots of lovely parks nearby; Peckham Rye, Burgess Park and Warwick Gardens at the end of the road.

The house has three floors, five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge open plan kitchen (with underfloor heating we just discovered lol), dining room and TV room (with a banging Sky package). It’s also got a massive garden with big sliding doors for summer.

The spare room is on the second floor and has lovely views out onto the garden.

There’s four of us currently living here. Myself and then three other girls who are 26 years old and are all working in London.

Rent is £794 + bills (on average £100 a month long). We're open to boys or girls, just looking for someone easygoing and sociable!
