Room is large with lots of light from two big windows! It's nice and quiet and benefits from a lot of light. It's also sleekly furnished by those clever people at Ikea and comes with a double bed, large double wardrobe, chest, mirror, lamps etc all included.

Flat itself has been newly renovated, comprising one bathroom with power shower, one wc, and a spacious open plan kitchen / living room leading on to an enclosed garden with access from the back so bikes can be stored securely. The garden's another space to hang out and have BBQs! :)

Currently a very friendly, LGBT+ friendly mix of young professionals. They’re all down to earth people looking for likeminded flatmates who enjoy life, and who want to stay for a while (preference given to 9-12+ month leases) and continue to make this feel like a home not a hotel!

There are no silly admin fees, and bills are fixed at £58 per person per month - which includes council tax, unlimited wifi, unlimited water, gas, electricity (plus lightning fast insurance if any problems with plumbing or electrics occur!). The deposit is one month's rent.
