The bedroom, looks out onto quiet no-through road

The house is detached on a green and quiet residential street 5 mins from Queens Road Peckham Station, and from a host of buses on Queens Road and Old Kent Road.
Our street is a no-through road, which means no noisy traffic, and has a really nice neighbourly atmosphere rare to find in London.

From the house it is a 10min walk to into Peckham or Nunhead where there is a wide variety of restaurants and pubs. Within a 3 minute walk there are small supermarkets and a couple of good bars and cafes. Large supermarkets are 10 mins walk.

The house is very light with big windows in every room. There is a shared living space with a large kitchen, dining table and sofa. There is also a large garden accessible from patio doors in the kitchen. We have two bathrooms between 5 people and with everyone having slightly different schedules there is never a problem in the morning.

As a house we are fairly quiet but will often go for drinks together. We are four working professionals, three of whom have lived in the house for over three years. We all get on well and have a wide range of interests and hobbies including cycling, swimming, music, visual art and cinema, and gardening. We are independent but do like to get together for a shared meal and a drink whenever schedules allow. We enjoy a relaxed and happy atmosphere around the house.
We are looking for someone who wants to live somewhere that feels like home.
