The room is fully furnished with a double bed with a memory foam mattress topper, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves. It gets a lot of sunlight, especially in the morning!
The house is located on a quiet residential street with Burgess Park on our doorstep. Closest stations are Peckham Rye, Elephant and Castle, and Oval.
There's an open plan kitchen and living room on the ground floor, downstairs toilet and a large bathroom upstairs (shared between 3). To the back of the building there's a shared courtyard with bike storage available.
We're 3 young professionals aged between 25 and 35, working across Illustration, Film and Charity Fundraising.
Rent: £600
Bills: max. £75, usually less in the summer
Deposit: £600 acts as 12th month's rent
