I have a spare room in my flat from February. I'm moving along with another housemate then, one other person (Ellys, very nice) staying. Already found someone for one room.
Hoping to find easy going sociable flat mates. Be good if you liked occasionally watching films, occasionally going to the the pub, occasionally cooking for each other.
Room is a small double, 7 foot by 9 foot. Space for storage/two chests of drawers on the landing and in the hall.
The flat is over two floors, light and open, huge windows. Great for hosting dinners. Large, pretty south facing balcony. Newly decorated throughout with some nice wood and tiles- new shower, kitchen and living room.
8 minute walk to Queens Road Peckham and 12 minutes to Peckham Rye stations, it's well connected on the London Overground and mainline rail lines.
Inside bicycle storage. Third floor flat with lift access.
Bills not included, and I currently pay them so will have to divide them up and give everyone something to look after.
