2 double rooms to rent in Peckham house

Hello!

We are two friends (24) looking for two people to join us in renting a lovely, non-modern house we recently found and are planning to rent as a whole.
The house is located 5 min walk from Queens Road Peckham and has a beautiful garden, living room, spacious kitchen and 2 bathrooms and toilet.

BEDROOM 1 is very spacious, located on the ground floor, with a personal bathroom and private access to the garden (also direct access to the garden from the kitchen).

BEDROOM 2 is also a spacious double room located on the top floor which is east facing so it gets a lot of light.

The rooms are available to rent between 23rd-29th July.

The whole property comes rather unfurnished and as we are planning to rent it for a long term, would like to make it our new home :) We are thinking about decorating it with many plants and some second-hand, affordable, cute furniture for the living room and the garden.
We are all very open-minded, friendly and respectful and would like to live with someone like-minded to hang out with. We are chill people who like to socialise, enjoy films, music and exhibitions.
