Double Room in Beautiful 2 Bed in Peckham

Hiya, I'm George and I'm looking for a new roommate in my flat in Peckham.

About the flat:

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a very large living room, separate kitchen, and a garden/patio area.

It's on the ground floor of a 2 floor house - but they were built as flats originally so the sound proofing and everything is very good.

The flat is usually lived in by a mate of mine and his partner and child, but they're moving abroad for a couple of years so I am moving in.

Your room:

The room is a comfortable, bright double. It'll be fitted with a bed and a wardrobe. The bedroom is currently the room of my friend's child, but they are taking all the furniture out and there will be a double bed and wardrobe in there by the time you move in. It's more or less the same size as my room, so I've put a picture of that in as well for reference.

Common space:

The living room - as you can see in the pictures! - is massive and comes with everything you need. The sofa is really really comfy and there's obviously plenty of space for books etc. I also think I'll buy a TV to put in front of the fire place.

The kitchen is also newly renovated and it comes with pots, pans etc. There's also a dishwasher and washing machine.

The garden/patio is really light and comfy and also relatively private.

About me:

I'm George! I've just come back from living in Berlin for two years, and I'm going back to my old job at the Treasury. I've lived in London (although not in Peckham) for about 6 years previously, and I'm really keen to explore the area with a new flatmate. I work from home 2-3 days a week.

I'm very chilled to live with and like to hang out with flatmates in the living room with a beer or two, although am also big into personal space, too. I like going to the pub, museums, gigs, galleries etc., as well as watching telly and cooking at home.
