The flat is 10 mins to East Dulwich and Peckham Rye train station, and is close to lively Bellenden Road with the Victoria pub and slightly further away the Montpelier so these are your locals! Also Arturi, Petit tou, Gana pati and Begging Bowl being good local food options amongst others. In addition also a short walk away from all the shops and great pubs on Lordship Lane!

The flat itself is the upstairs flat in a terraced house. There is a big kitchen with two windows (one overlooking the garden), a sunny and warm bedroom, again a good size to fit in both a double bed and furniture.
