This is a large detached Regency house with a sheltered rear garden with oak & magnolia trees, oriental shrubs, & a venerable wistaria & grapevine. I am looking for a quiet but busy tenant, ideally a careful kitchen user, who likes his privacy within a spacious, happy, intelligent environment surrounded by books and antiques. The fully-furnished room, approx. 4m x 5m, is secluded at the top of the house overlooking the rear garden with a large bed, antique furniture, and mostly sole use of a fully-marbled bathroom with excellent power shower. My lodger also has mostly sole use of a large upstairs living room 3 windows wide across the front of the house. The house is not a busy one as I am the only other occupant, and treat it like a haven, so there is no regular partying here.
