The house is partially furnished in common areas but the current flatmate will be removing her furniture, so there is the opportunity to define the space.

We've loved living in the house for over two years and the neighbourhood is amazing. My lovely flatmate is moving out to make a move and I will be staying on. I am an artist and branding specialist who works from home at times but on mass in the office. The house also has plenty of shared space. I'm easy going, Canadian, love film, music and the arts. Sociable but also introverted and love to unwind by cooking or having a nice glass of wine and to entertain from time to time.
