AMAZING double bedroom in friendly Peckham house

Medium room in a friendly shared house in a buzzing part of Peckham close to the lively Peckham scene, great range of pubs and restaurants. The street is pretty quiet and peaceful yet close to all amenities. Our neighbours are great and we have a house (rather than a flat) for the three of us with a big garden so plenty of space. It takes 8 mins to get from Queens Road Peckham to London Bridge & 12 mins from Peckham Rye to Victoria on the overground which are both around 10 min walk from the place. However there are plenty of buses which can get you around London. Our current housemate is moving out as he is going moving closer to work therefore looking for a replacement for 10th of May.

You’ll be sharing with 2 guys and 1 girl, 2 of which are a couple. They’re all friendly, kind and respectful housemates who are working in sustainability, illustration/animation and IT. We are in our late twenties enjoy being social, cooking, gigs, art, books, festivals, exhibitions, watching movies and being out and about in London. The room is a great size with a double bed, desk and lots of natural light. There's access to a large living room, spacious kitchen with a fold out table for hosting, plus a garden which is perfect for summer. This is our first summer in the house so looking forward to enjoying this and have a few parties when the sun is out.

We are looking for a chilled but fun housemate who is clean and considerate (guy or girl). We want someone who is friendly, up for a laugh, social, and keen to join us in some activities but also has a good network in London since we have been here for a few years and have a big group of mates.

You’re bedroom is on the second floor with a view of the garden. You will only share the bathroom with one other boy in the room opposite yours, as the couple have their own ensuit bathroom in their room upstairs.

We are very happy in Peckham and you have everything you need 5 - 10 minutes' walk away. There's also a great selection of restaurants including Bahn Bahn, Levan and incredible wine bars/pubs/rooftop bars nearby and the high street is in walking distance. Burgess Park and Peckham Rye Park is a local so you can enjoy lots of outdoor spaces for runs.

Bills and council tax are extra and come to £80 - 115 a month, cheaper now it's summer.

The landlord doesn’t allow us to own pets but our next door neighbours do have a beautiful friendly cat who pops by often for a cuddle, so we hope you aren’t allergic.

Move in date is 11th of May.
