Peckham/East Dulwich Garden Flat

I have a beautiful, large double room available in a newly renovated victorian home.

Location/transport: The flat is well situated in South East, 2 mins walk from East Dulwich station and 10mins walk to Peckham Rye station.

Neighbourhood: The local neighbourhood is incredible, with the bustle of Lordship Lane and all its pubs, cafes and boutiques just a couple mins walk away in one direction and Bellenden road/Rye Lane/Peckham a short walk in the other.

The flat: The flat is a lovely 2 bed with a huge private garden, outdoor patio and loads of character. It has been recently refurbed so is very comfortable and functional.

You(!): The tenancy is available from April 1. I'm a 31 y/o designer from NZ. I'm relatively chill during the week and my hope for the flat is for it to be relaxing and homely environment. On weekends I'm pretty active and love a good dinner party or chill drinks. I'm keen for someone social and down to earth who is also wanting a similar vibe, with the intention to maximise use of the garden over summer of course.
