Medium-sized double bedroom in Peckham, with modern bathroom and kitchen. A big selling point is that the flat is right by Peckham Rye park, great for running / walking / daydreaming in, whilst also being off the road so it is quiet at night.

The flat is 15 minutes walk from Peckham Rye station (overground/thameslink/Southern rail services) or a 5 minute bus. The 343/484 buses stop on the road outside the estate, which is handy when you're running late for something. Nunhead station is also a 15 minute walk.

I am a 34 yo civil servant who is very passionate about music, films, books and I also enjoy sport (football/tennis/squash). I own instruments (electric and acoustic guitar) but am considerate of other people if they don't want noise. I enjoy going to the pub and talking nonsense, too.

I would like a respectful, considerate flatmate who has interests (I don't mind whether they're similar to mine or otherwise) and can make good conversation. I go out every so often but generally do not stay up late making noise, and hope you are the same.

I expect bills to be c. £120-150 per month.

I will provide a double bed and cupboard for the room (the photos are slightly out of date, there is currently no bed in the room) and we can discuss anything else you might need.
