Sadly our friend has moved out to live with his girlfriend and need to fill his room!
Danielle and I are both 26, originally from Yorkshire and have been living in London for over 2 years. We're laid back but v sociable, enjoy chilling out watching Australian MAFS, going to the pub and going on runs.
It's a ground floor flat, our landlord lives above (he's super chilled and friendly). Its a 5 min walk to queens Peckham road overground, Tesco & Sainsburys, and a 15 min walk into town.
The price include council tax and water bills, then gas, electrics and wifi will be roughly around £50 this time of year.
Ideally looking for someone to move in before June, and then our tenancy ends at the end of July.
