I'm sadly leaving my lovely housemates who I've lived with for the past two and a half years. We originally all met through spareroom but I really hit the jackpot with this lot.

The room is a spacious double with ensuite in a large terraced house between Peckham and East Dulwich.

The house is ideally located close to shops, bars and restaurants. It's an 8 minute walk from Peckham Rye station a 15 minute walk from Lordship Lane and a 5-10 minute walk from Peckham Rye Park & Common, which is great for walks, runs, and beers in the summer.
The house is three floors and shared with 5 other housemates - 3 female and 2 male. All flatmates are professionals working in London and are friendly and sociable with a mix of different interests, including gigs, festivals, running, football and gyming. We quite often can be found catching up on some trashy TV after work in the kitchen/living room so ideally looking for someone who is keen to socialise. At the same time, everyone has their own interests and other friends outside of the house, so you'll have your own time too.

The house includes an open plan kitching/living area and bifolding doors out into the garden which is great for those summer nights.

We have a cleaner who comes once a week to keep the place clean and tidy.

The room itself is on the first floor of the house. It's quiet, bright and airy and comes furnished with a double bed and a floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobe (chest of drawers, green chair and hanging rail not included).

Move in date is 3rd June. Bills comes to about £120 a month.

The lease is being renewed at the end of August but there house are looking to extend after this point.
