I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over the larger double bedroom in our 2-bed flat in Peckham (Zone 2). My current housemate Sophie is moving out after 6 years, having bought a flat over the road!

Ideal Flatmate: We’ve made the flat a really nice home, so I’m looking for someone clean, chill, and friendly to maintain that peaceful vibe. I’m vegetarian and would prefer to live with another veggie if possible.

Details:

• Available from 2nd June (we’re looking for someone to take over the tenancy no later than 26th June)
• Rent: £900 a month
• Council tax and bills: £140 a month
• Deposit: £807.69
• Fixed term contract until March 2025, with flexibility to leave early if you replace yourself
