650pcm Peckham double bedroom available soon

Hi all!! I'm graduating from uni in a couple weeks and planning to move back home around the end of June, so looking for someone to take over my tenancy!

Current rent is £658.34 pcm, with bills costing just under £50 each, so roughly 700 a month all together. You'll be living right in the centre of Peckham, just off the top of rye lane, 10 minutes away the overground with ~30 min bus links to central right outside the flat! The convenience of this location is def the best part of the flat for me, with lidl, takeaways, pubs, clubs, hair shops etc all also being within arms reach!

You'll be living with 3 POC girls, aged 22-24, all creatives with two students and one upcoming grad. Ideally they'd be looking for someone in their 20s, who's down to chill from time to time but also happy to do their own thing!!

The rest of the flat are renewing the current tenancy (which runs until 22 September 2024), so can accept either a long term replacement or a shorter term subletter depending on personal needs.
