Situated near Burgess Park in North Peckham, this large 2 bed maisonette flat, split over three floors, has a double bedroom available for rent. A couple called Alex & Marco occupy the other room, and Alex is the landlady.

The property is situated on the 3/4th floors of an apartment block, and all bills are included (council tax, service charge, heating/hot water, electricity, Netflix, high speed broadband wifi, a cleaner once a fortnight, toilet paper & cleaning products).

The double bedroom for rent can come furnished or unfurnished - we can be flexible with this however there is a large wardrobe in there already which will remain either way, and currently there is a bed frame if this is needed (but a new mattress is required.)

The kitchen comes equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, airfryer, microwave, toaster & kettle. In the lounge there ids a large TV, record player and PS4.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony only (not inside anywhere including the bedroom for rent). Sadly due to allergies we can't accept any pets.

We are looking for a friendly and tidy professional to rent this room with us and it is available from 10th March 2025.
