- 7 minute walk from Peckham Rye Station (5 if you like a brisk walk!)
- Excellent public transport links nearby, Nigel Road bus stop is right outside the house.

The studio has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and is ideal if you're looking for a place that feels quiet despite being in the heart of Peckham. You’ll have your own self-contained space within a shared house with only Charlie (who's the best).

This space has been the perfect balance of privacy and comfort. It has felt like my own little sanctuary. Charlie is kind and easygoing, and the location is quiet and well-connected. I’ll miss it, and hope the next person loves it just as much!
