The flat is furnished — it includes a double bed, clothes rail, and chest of drawers in the bedroom. Personal belongings currently in the room (as seen in photos) will be removed before the lodger moves in

Up for the occasional pub trip or movie night but I have a fairly busy schedule during the week (in office 3/4 days) and tend to keep things low-key in the evenings.
