Due to someone pulling out last minute, we are looking for a sublet for April, with the potential to sign the tenancy permenatly :)

The house is located in Peckham and you would be sharing with myself (Anna), Maisie and Kate.

Rent: £723 per month
Bills: Approx. £100 to £120 per month
Available from 1st of April
All furniture included except desk, chair and rail
Sharing a bathroom with one other

Location:
• <5 minute walk to Peckham Rye Station (Overground, Thameslink and Southeastern)
• <5 minute walk to Rye Lane with heaps of shops, including a Lidl, Morrisons and small Tesco. 1 minute walk from Bellenden Road high street, which has lovely cafes and restaurants.

Looking for someone who is:

- woman or non-binary person aged 25-30
- Social and friendly
- Tidy and respectful
- Sorry no pets

You’ll be living with:

Anna, 26, works in the charity sector. Loves sports, travelling, and seeing exhibitions.

Kate, 29, works in education and events for a medical charity which is a mix of working from home and the office. Loves reality tv, pilates, ballet and pub trips.

Maisie, 28, freelancer who is in and out of the house a lot. Loves dogs, netball, running and cheese🧀
