Chill Place in Peckham

Hello, how's your hunt for a room going ?

Who we are : both of us guys are in our 30s. Sean is a sommelier from the US and I'm a cocktail bartender from Australia, so we have a hospitality schedule. Even though we're friendly with each other, we mostly keep to ourselves. We both regularly invite our girlfriends over during the week, but we have a quiet and respectful house. Whenever we cook or make a mess, we clean up after ourselves. This is very important to us.

The Place: We're in a block of flats that's well maintained inside. We have a cleaner who comes once a month & as landlords go, ours is fairly decent. We have a gass stove, washing machine and dryer (electric & rack). We have a living room & I have my cat Milk. In the kitchen, you'll have a cabinet for your things and two shelves in the fridge.

The Area: Calm surroundings, with short walk to Peckham and lots of grocery stores all around. Regular buses headed to this city.
