• Benefits: Landlord sadly doesn't accept benefits at this time. It is rented through an agency but you will have direct contact with landlord for issues in the flat and she is really responsive.
• Access: The flat is on the 4th floor up 3 flights of outdoor metal stairs with no lift access (approx 50 steps). The flat itself is step free and has level access in the bedroom and communal areas. Shower has a small lip to get in (approx 8cm). Shared living area has 2 sofas and 5 kitchen counters at standard approx 900mm height.
