• Room: Spacious ensuite double bedroom with large waterfall shower and heated towel rail. Unfurnished but can sell you my double bed and mattress, shelves and clothes rail.
• Flat: Generous open-plan kitchen/living/dining space, a balcony, underfloor heating, and double glazing, and responsive local landlord.
• Flatmate: You'll be living with Yas, a queer DEI consultant and honestly one of the most wonderful, respectful housemates I've ever had!
• You: LGBTQIA+ / PoC preferred, someone friendly and conscientious who has their own life and thing going on, but is equally up for the occasional flat dinner and an enthusiastic reality TV session on the sofa. 30-40 y/o preferred.
• Contract: currently to 12 August, but this will be updated in line with the Renters Rights Bill (coming into effect 1 May)
• Access: The flat is up 3 flights of outdoor stairs with no lift access. The flat itself is step free and has level access.
