Bright Peckham Flat

Hi there, sadly moving out of this great flat share to be closer to work so looking to find someone to replace me.

Current Flatmates:
You’d be sharing with Joe and Ally, both working full time from the office. Big football fans and we often hang out at the pub, Dulwich Hamlet FC or stay in for a movie night. We’re all pretty social and have our own big friend groups, but are always around for a chat or drink. They’re great guys and I’m gonna be sad to leave them!

The Flat:
Decent sized flat with a shared living room, small balcony which gets great morning sun, large kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. It’s on the top floor but has great views of London and phenomenal sunset. It’s a short 7 minute walk to Peckham Rye station, 5 minutes to the Peckham Rye park and less to local shops and pubs, cannot beat the place for location! Bills come to around £100 a month, slightly less in summer and more in winter.

The Room:
Large bedroom with a small built in wardrobe. The room comes unfurnished but I’d be open to selling the furniture. The rent is £925 a month however may be slightly lower as we are trying to negotiate the current proposed rent increase.
