Rent is £1,050 per month plus bills (roughly £150-200pm per person). The room is furnished with a bed and wardrobe, and there’s space for a desk if needed. Currently, the second room is used as an office, so the desk shown in photos is not included, but there’s space for your own desk if needed. Furniture can be flexible if you don’t need it.
