1 room available in our spacious house with a large garden in Peckham, South London. You will be living with two other people in a 3 bedroom house.

The house has 2 floors including: 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 additional separate toilet downstairs, a big open plan kitchen, a big living room. The down stairs open plan living area leads out to a beautiful spacious garden with a BBQ.

It's a 12 min walk from Peckham Rye station and there is a 24h bus stop in front of the house that takes you to Elephant & Castle tube station in less than 15min.

The room is small, quiet and cosy. It comes with a double bed, a rack and possibly more furniture on request. We also have a massive attic for storage.

You will be sharing the house with two female professionals, Hannah is 35 & Marie is 40 years old. We've got a mix of hobbies - Hannah is training for the marathon and Marie is an artsy. We are well traveled, social, into languages.

We're looking for someone around the same age, open minded and professional.
