A room has become available in our gorgeous Victorian 4-bed 2-bath terrace house in Peckham.

We're three young professionals, looking to fill a large double room in our four-bedroom terrace, as our housemate is sadly leaving the house for pastures new.

Move in date is 8th April, but can definitely be extended and flexible. :-)

LOCATION

We live in an attractive Victorian terrace on a very quiet road, just a 5 minute walk from Queen's Road Peckham station (regular London Overground + National Rail), a 5 minute walk from Nunhead high street (full of independent shops), and a 10 minute walk from the centre of Peckham. We are also a 15 minute walk from the beautiful Telegraph Hill, and have several supermarkets, pubs and cafés close by.

ROOM

One room is available, as pictured, technically part furnished with double bedframe and mattress, £818, not including bills.

Bills tend to come to around £100 each.

The room is available from the 8th April and we are keen to fill it as soon as possible, so please get in touch!

VIBES

James works in a music venue. Jag works for a substance misuse charity and Oli is a landscape architect.

We all originally met through SpareRoom but have been lucky to become good friends through living together.

We’re a friendly, sociable house and enjoy hanging out, but we also respect each other’s time and space. The house is relaxed and we like to keep things clean and tidy, so we’re looking for someone who’s happy to do the same.

We’re lucky to have a sunny garden which we make the most of in the summer, growing our own veggies, and having BBQs. We enjoy going out for meals and drinks, watching films together, and the occasional house party, so it would be great to find someone who’s happy to join in now and then.

Currently we are two boys (26 & 28) and one girl (28), but welcome housemates of any gender- the house is a queer friendly space.
