Spacious Bedroom, Spacious Semi-Detached House

We're looking for someone to pick up one of the rooms in our very spacious house.

The room is on the ground floor and has its own shower & sink, walk-through closet and toilet just across the hallway.

The room is quite large by London standards (approx. 12-14m2) and comes furnished with a double bed, a closet, and a chest of drawers. You may need your own desk/chair or an additional chest of drawers.

The rest of the house is incredibly spacious, with a very very large living room and a combined kitchen/dining room. It also comes with a garden and resides in a gated community.
We have a big Tesco, a big Asda and two Lidl's within 15-minute walks, 25 minutes walk from Elephant & Castle, 20 minutes from Peckham Rye, and local bus stops that go directly into central London. We are also right next to Burgess Park.
Bills are not included in the rent. The council tax band is E.
