Room in Peckham!
Hi everyone! Myself and Ellise are looking for a third flatmate for our lovely flat in Peckham as our flat mate is moving back to Australia:((
The flat is in a great location just off of Old Kent Road with a bus stop just outside and the overground / tube is a short bus away! The room is a double, lovely and bright and comes fully furnished. We have a big open space kitchen / living room that we love to hang out and chat in:)
The rent is £800+ bills which is usually around £100
We are looking for someone chill, clean and respectful to join us, we are both creatives who love to hang out and do things together but equally respect each others space. We would love to have someone that will not only be a flatmate but a friend too :)
