We have a large double room available for short-term subletting in our 2-bedroom flat on Queens Road, Peckham. The flat benefits from a huge shared garden, and the bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the flat, offering great privacy and a calm, tranquil atmosphere. The living room is also very spacious.

The Room
The bedroom comes exactly as shown in the photos and is fully furnished with a bed and a chest of drawers. It has a cosy feel and overlooks the garden. Just outside the bedroom, there is a clothes rack that can be used for hanging clothes, as well as a small area that can work well as a desk space or for additional storage.

About Us
You’ll be sharing with myself and my partner. We’re both professionals and don’t work from home, so the flat is generally quiet and restful. We value a clean and tidy space and are looking for someone respectful, easygoing, and also preferably not working from home. This is a calm, non-party flat, though we enjoy the occasional shared dinner or cup of tea while respecting each other’s space.
